Our Story
Crooked Loon was founded by Amy and Mindy after attending a unique musical vacation experience. It started with an idea for one T-shirt that was inspired by the late-in-life community and grew to become what it is now: an inclusive space for all human beings. Our hope is to provide an opportunity for our LGBTQIA+ community to express themselves and feel authentically represented. Crooked Loon was an idea born out of romance, advocacy, and representation.
Why use the term ‘crooked’?
Because sometimes the best path forward isn’t a straight line. Let’s change the way we think of crooked because sometimes the most crooked has been the most positive force for change.
